Meet the Owner
William Hallberg
Principle Wetland Ecologist | Environmental Consultant
Raised on Whidbey Island, Will brings a deep understanding of the local landscape and culture of Island County.
He holds a B.S. in Biology with an emphasis in Ecology from Central Washington University, has professional training in wetland delineation, and has spent the better part of a decade working in environmental land use planning, conservation, and small business.
His experience includes field biology work, critical areas planning at Island County, non-profit land conservation, and running a small business.
Through Bayview Ecological, he helps clients move their projects forward with clarity—balancing development goals with environmental stewardship.
