We are available to meet with you on-site to discuss potential constraints, opportunities, and next steps.

A mitigation plan outlines how impacts from a proposed development will be compensated. Mitigation plans may be applicable to any critical area and are typically included as part of a wetland report or biological site assessment.

Accidental critical areas alterations happen. Restoration plans are detailed documents that outline the steps necessary to restore a critical area to its unaltered condition. We’re here to help.

We are happy to prepare critical areas permit packages for you for projects within buffer areas, however, we do not prepare submittals for direct wetland or stream impacts.

We offer this service for Reasonable Use Determinations (RUD) submittals and Critical Areas Permitted Use (CPU) submittals. You will be responsible for submittal and followup, but we are available to help you through the process should the need for additional information arise.

While we do not offer licensed surveying services, we utilize a high-precision Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) receiver and Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to produce polished site plans as part of our professional environmental reporting.
